Our challenge was to apply the startup and entrepreneurial mindset in launching a corporate project:
A coffee brand that wants to be digital-first.
CHALLENGE
We started from a clear point: Don’t think/act like a coffee company.
Therefore, we divided the subscription model into two main sections:
• Back end: act like a software company
• Front end: act like a media company
APPROACH
Website User Experience (UX)
We designed the website User Experience (UX) by thinking like potential customers.
The objective was to design:
• The fastest way for the users to learn more about the products and subscription models.
• The smoothest checkout path.
